Public speaking is a lot more than just getting up in front of a group of people and talking. Public speaking is a skill that should be practiced and honed over time and is a skill that while natural in some can also be learned if the desire is present.

Toastmasters has been the BEST tool I have found for practicing my public speaking skill. I get the chance to network, practice, and learn from others with the same drive for enhancing our speaking skills.
